The industrial concrete crushing service provided by Level Best is now available for contracts throughout the United Kingdom as the 20-tonne crushing machine is completely mobile. Once we have removed the existing concrete floors the concrete is broken into pieces to fit the crusher opening to enable the machine to crush into graded hardcore material suitable for re using on site or on other job site locations close by. The Level Best Concrete Flooring Group own and operate laser controlled sub base laying machines and hence can use the crushed concrete material to lay underneath new concrete floors for a superb sub base material and foundation for the new concrete floors. 

The concrete crushing machine has a fast production output and can make recycled type 1 material at the rate of 120 tonnes per hour which is more than adequate once we are breaking the slabs out at the same time and stockpiling the material on site for re use.
