The industrial concrete crushing of this building in agoole which had been a large employer in the town for many decades until closure in 2002 was at an ideal time as the new Level Best Concrete Flooring headquarters required 5000 tonnes to underpin the building. The building was crushed to a size compatible with type one road stone which was perfect for the initial formation material required to increase the ground levels for the flood risk alleviation planning.
