Major warehouse floor repair project progressing in Bedford

A major warehouse floor dilapidation, refurbishment and repair scheme on Marston Gate Industrial Estate in Bedord is progressing well for Level Best with both internal and external scope of works nearing completion for the professional Yorkshire-based contractor.

The Bedfordshire project commenced with Level Best providing specialist advise to the client’s team assessing the existing condition and advising on best-practice making-good of internal and external concrete slabs. Level Best’s extensive experience in the design and installation of new build warehouse floors, linked closely with The Concrete Society’s new build and repair technical guidance, provides a solid platform for higher-performing repairs.

The repairs pictured below at the Marston Gate, Bedfordshire site shows the variety of repairs Level Best are carrying out. Cementitious and resin-based surface repairs are completed reducing future maintenance, serviceability and legacy issues. More extensive full depth removal and replacements are completed reinstating load-transfer and specification-compliant structural slabs.

All arisings from the external works on this scheme in Bedfordshire will be crushed onsite by Level Best’s crushing team. This onsite crushing allows Level Best to offer client’s will a turnkey onsite replacement service.
